built and fitout the restaurant, which was
located in an upmarket CBD arcade. The project included
seating area, office, open kitchen, store, coolroom, production room
and toilets. The project was complex because it locates on
the top floor of the arcade with limited access. Delivery of
material and parking was extremely difficult. The work
involves extension & connection of air-conditioning system,
fire services, security and alarm system, plumbing and drainage system,
kitchen exhaust system.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed and fitout a new second restaurant
for a well known vegetarian restaurant in the CBD. The
project included seating area, commercial kitchen, store, coolroom, air
conditioning plant and toilets. The project was complex
because it located below a row of dwelling units with limited
access. The work involved renovation of an original
restaurant, installation of ducted air-conditioning system, plumbing
and drainage system, and kitchen exhaust system. Fire
sprinkler services was later added in retrofit situation.
FAST

AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed a fast food outlet in a food court
within the Stockland Merrylands Shopping Centre.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed and fitout a new Ritazza Coffee
outlet within the staff canteen of one of Nokia's facilities in
Beijing, China. The staff canteen serves over 1000 staff per
day. The project was commissioned by Eurorest, a global
catering company specialised in corporate catering and canteen
management.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed a new Corporate Coffee Lounge within
one of Nokia's facilities in Beijing, China. The coffee
lounge was to serve expatriate executives, managers and
guests. The coffee lounge has a mix decor of modern Chinese
and Western interiors.
