designed and fitout a new accountant's office
which consists of reception area, conference room, 5 consulting rooms
and work area. The partition system used was a proprietry
system consisting of aluminium frame, MDF board with wall fabric, full
height or half height glass. The ceiling was suspended
acoustics tiles.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed the refurbishment and re-arrangement
of office layout and foyer/reception area for the Sydney office of the
air catering company from US. It involved open offices,
workstations and enclosed offices on a floor area of approximately 500
sqm. A new reception foyer was created in the previous stair
lobby on the lower floor.

designed and built two airport tax counters
and offices for Australia Post at the Sydney International
Airport. The project was carried out over a Christmas and New
Year holiday period and the sites situates within security controlled
area of the Customs within the airport. As the counters were
adjacent to departure gates for passengers, the fitout work took place
next to very busy crowd locations as people saw their friends and
relatives off at the gates. The project involved building
rooms for counter areas, offices and stores. Construction was
steel stud partition and steel joists with dropped panel
ceiling. The counters were fitted out with audio facilities,
cash registers and signage.
