AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed the relocation of the corporate
office of the hotel chain from a previous office building to within one
of their hotels. The project involves alteration to the gym
facilities and some of the executive suites to create the open offices,
enclosed offices and CEO's office. A two storey office
building was also designed to be joined to the existing high rise hotel
tower to create space for the consolidation of their scattered
management team.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
built two offices in steel stud plasterboard
within their factory in Alexandria. The project involves
building of wall framing, ceiling framing, plasterboard wall lining,
flush plasterboard ceiling, doors and windows. The project
also involves demolition of existing high level windows and brick walls
to create two access openings for trucks.

designed and documented the control office
building of the Smithfield Cogeneration Plant as Transfield's design
sub-consultant. The building was two storey with control
offices located on the upper floor and storage/switch gear located on
the lower floor. The structure was of structural steel frame,
concrete slab, precast concrete panel walls and metal deck roof.
