AAPAC DESIGNBUILD designed the relocation of the corporate office of the hotel chain from a previous office building to within one of their hotels.  The project involves alteration to the gym facilities and some of the executive suites to create the open offices, enclosed offices and CEO's office.  A two storey office building was also designed to be joined to the existing high rise hotel tower to create space for the consolidation of their scattered management team.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD built two offices in steel stud plasterboard within their factory in Alexandria.  The project involves building of wall framing, ceiling framing, plasterboard wall lining, flush plasterboard ceiling, doors and windows.  The project also involves demolition of existing high level windows and brick walls to create two access openings for trucks.
