The ground floor was used for the doctor's clinic, consisting of reception and waiting area, 3 consulting rooms, treatment room and work area. The upper floor was used for the legal practice which can be accessed via an independent staircase. It consisted of reception and waiting area, 3 consulting rooms and lunch room.

AAPAC DESIGNBUILD designed and fitout this medical centre in Maroubra. The project involves reception area, 5 consulting rooms, staff lunch room and administration office on street level.
HURSTVILLE CITY MEDICAL CENTRE
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD designed and managed the construction of this medical centre in Sydney suburb of Hurstville. The project involves altering and refurbishment of an existing 2 storey commercial building to create the medical centre. A third floor, which was for future expansion, was added in the process without raising the roof. A ducted air-conditioning system, fire sprinkler system and a lift were added. The project includes reception and waiting area, 6 consulting rooms, treatment room, pharmacist, X-ray, dentist, physiotherapist, pathology, staff lunch room, store room, toilets and office.
BANKSTOWN GYNAECOLOGIST SPECIALIST CLINIC
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD designed and fitted out the specialist clinic situated within a high rise office building in Bankstown CBD. The project included a reception area, two consulting rooms, work room and administration office.
