LUXURY HOME BUILDER - NEW HOUSE

As luxury home builder of the project, we successfully realized the luxury home which is of 3 levels and consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounge and dining area, 1 laundry, a home theatre and a 4 car garage. The luxury house has a large basement and a glazed roof structure over an internal curved staircase.

LUXURY HOME BUILDER - CONSTRUCTION

As luxury home builder of the project, we have overcome various challenges during construction of the luxury home project. The luxury house construction is of reinforced concrete slabs and full brick construction. The luxury home is equipped with a fully ducted air conditioning system, security system and ducted vacuum system. The luxury home construction process was extremely difficult as there was continuously running ground water and the soil was different from what was anticipated by the designer.
