LUXURY HOME ARCHITECT SYDNEY - NEW HOME DESIGN

Being the luxury home architect for the project, we design this two storey house which is going to be built on a picturesque coastal site. The luxury home design involves a L-shaped void created in the middle of the luxury house to bring winter sun to the formal lounge room on the ground floor. A glass roof with operable lourves on top is to be built on top of the kitchen to catch as much winter sun as possible. The luxury home design also involves curved roofs created in wave forms to bring winter sun into spaces which otherwise have no winter sun access. The luxury home design allows hot air to escape through glass lourves at high levels below the curved roofs. The luxury house fronts to a coastal golf course and panoramic water view can be enjoyed over the golf course immediately over the rear fence.
