AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
built this two storey house of 10 bedrooms to
a design by others. The owner intended to accomodate
university students. There are 5 bathrooms, a lounge and
dining area, a kitchen, two staircases and a four car garage accessed
from a rear lane. The building is of concrete slab and full
brick construction. The roof is timber trusses with concrete
roof tiles. The building is supported with a dense layout of
concrete piers because a sewer main runs underneath across the building.
