AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed this 3 levels house which consists of
5 bedrooms, study, open lounge, dining, family, kitchen and meals area,
laundry, sitting gallery and a two car garage. The building
is of full brick and concrete slab construction on the ground floor and
timber framed brick veneer walls with metal deck roof on the upper
floors. The design maximizes the height of the building
allowed within a height limit convenant of diffeent levels on the site
to capture the beautiful distant valley and water view.
