AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
built this luxury house to a design by
others. The house is of 3 levels and consists of 6 bedrooms
and 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges and dining area, laundry, a home
theatre and a 4 car garage. The building is reinforced
concrete slab and full brick construction. It has a basement
and a glazed roof structure over an internal curve staircase. There is
a fully ducted air conditioning system, security and ducted vacuum
system. The construction process was extremely difficult as
there was continuously running ground water and the soil was different
from what was anticipated by the designer.
