designed and built this elegant house as a
development project. It consists of 5 bedrooms and a study, a
lounge, formal dining, kitchen & breakfast area, family,
rumpus, laundry, roof attic child play area, a 3 car garage and a
pool. The exterior is designed in the style of surrounding
houses. The interior is designed to create dramatic effect
with 2 storey void spaces. The construction is concrete slab
on ground (partly suspended to suit the sloped ground profile), timber
frame and brick veneer walls, timber trussed and steel/timber framed
roof with concrete roof tiles. The house is fitted with
ducted air conditioning system, security system and vacuum system.
