AAPAC DESIGNBUILD was the house designer of
this simple but elegant
house on Scotland Island, Sydney. The waterfront custom designed
house consists of two levels with two bedrooms,
open lounge, dining and kitchen area, a sauna, a bathroom and a
separate workshop and store building. The house design is of
steel frame, timber floor board, timber wall cladding and curved metal
roof construction. The house is designed to open onto a large
timber deck to capture the water view and the roof is curved to echo
