refurbished the ceiling of the indoor pool
area and health club. The swimming pool being totally indoor
in the basement relied on the proper functioning of the air
conditioning system to maintain the lining and finishes in good
condition. Additional ventilation was introduced and
previously malfunctioned outlet was re-activated.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed a new business centre located in the
lobby area of the hotel. It provided meeting facility,
secretarial support, computer and internet service for guests.
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
project managed and provided alternative
design of the refurbishment of hotel rooms and suites of the 2-3 storey
resort style hotel. The rooms were originally built as
business hotel suites with separate meeting area and bed
area. One of the challenge of the project was that room sizes
and configuration of the hotel rooms to be refurbished were not
standard and varied from each other. Mock up room with
imported furniture was created.

designed a 3 storey extension for the CBD
highrise hotel which includes bar and function facilities. AAPAC
DESIGNBUILD also
refurbished the roof top function area, suites and back of house area.
